Protein description

Actin from non-muscle is a mixture ofβ/γnon-muscle actin. Both actin isoforms aresingle chain polypeptides with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 374amino acids. ATTO390-Actin is chemically modified G-actin with an ATTO390 fluorescent group covalently bound to lysine residues. ATTO390-Actin (λex390nm, λem479nm) possesses the polymerization properties of native G-actin.
