Actin from rnon-miscle sources are a mixture ofβ/γnon-muscle actins. These isoforms are single chain polypeptides with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 375 amino acids.ATTO514-Actin is chemically modified G-actin with an ATTO514 fluorescent group covalently bound to lysine residues.ATTO514-Actin (λex511nm, λem533nm)possesses the polymerization properties of native G-actin.
