Product description

MonoMix .01 is a G-actin buffer with less DTT compared to MonoMix (Cat.# 5100-01), containing 1mM DTT. The buffer is used to dilute G-actin or G-actin ligands. Actin from Hypermol is supplied in MonoMix and can be reconstituted simply by the addition of H2O. To further dilute G-actin, either MonoMix .01 or a freshly made buffer containing the components listed below should be used.

2x1ml 50x stock (2x aliquots to reconstitute with 1.0 ml ultrapure water to obtain a 50x stock per aliquot)

Buffer

2mM Tris-Cl pH 8.2, 0.4mM ATP, 0.1mM CaCl2 and 0.01mM DTT,when reconstituted with 50 mlultrapure water.

MonoMix .01 is stored at –70°C upon arrival and will be stable in performance for at least 6 months from the date of purchase. SolubilizedMonoMix .01is kept on ice and should be used within 1 week.Avoid refreezing.
